How are you, hope all is well. Miss your classes at Piecemakers in Costa Mesa, CA. Any idea hope, and pray, that you will sometime in 2012 come and teach a class? If not, could you give me some insite on the online class. Positive/negatives, pro’s/con’s…… Love your art projects, I have lots of the items to still use….and would like to take a class of yours again……. Thank you, and talk to you soon, Andrea
Hi Andrea! Great to hear from you. I would love to teach at Piecemakers in 2012. Best way to get me there is to ask the girls who schedule classes at Piecemakers. If enough people want me, it could happen. Wouldn’t that be fun! I love teaching at there.
Online classes are a great way to take classes from teachers that are not in your area. With my classes and and a lot of others, you download the lessons week by week and use an online forum to ask questions, converse with other students, and upload pictures to share. I think they are great and provide unique opportunities to take classes that may not otherwise be available to you. There are lots of benefits. Students have the opportunity to work at their own pace. The lessons are packed full of photos and text.
I encourage you to try a class. There are lots of classes out there that are very affordable. AforArtistic.com is a great place to sign up for online classes. I teach there and there are some fabulous teachers available there. Hope this helps. I hope to see you and all my friends in So. Cali sometime soon.
